When I first saw this slot there seemed to be a glaring omission – the monsters. It turned out that these were included; it is just that you need to wait until the free spins round kicks in to find them.

Dungeons and Dragons uses the freefalling symbols concept which is finding its way into many IGT slot machines. When you get a winning combination, the symbols explode. This allows more symbols to fall into place (or move downwards) to fill the gaps – in turn creating some more winning combinations. You can get a cascade of 2 to 4 wins going quite regularly with this feature – and longer runs are possible.

Visually, this slot is on the plain side. There are bright crystal symbols and 3 characters from the game (a fighter, elf and guy with a bow).
